DAY 1 : PARIS / TALLINN

Flight to the Estonian capital. Pick up the rental car at the airport. Accommodation in Tallinn.

DAY 2 : TALLINN

Free exploration of Tallinn: the Upper Town and Lower Town, the Orthodox Cathedral, Toompea Castle.

DAY 3 : TALLINN – TARTU (190 km)

Through the Estonian countryside adorned with windmills, drive to Tartu, the “spiritual capital” of the country, renowned for its university.

DAY 4 : TARTU – CESIS – SIGULDA (205 km)

Valga, a surprising border town where 2000 Estonians and 8000 Latvians coexist. Cesis, the former capital of Livonia, then Sigulda and its castle.

DAY 5 : SIGULDA – RIGA (45 km)

A short journey to Riga. Free exploration of the city: the city walls, numerous churches, and Hanseatic houses.

DAY 6 : RIGA

DAY 7 : RIGA – KLAIPEDA (285 km)

Head south to Lithuania and Siauliai, the spiritual heart of the country, where thousands of crosses on a hill bear witness to the faith of the people. Klaipeda, a modest seaside village turned into the country’s third-largest city.

DAY 8 : KLAIPEDA – KAUNAS (180 km)

Travel inland. Arrival in Kaunas, which offers numerous museums and art galleries, making this former Lithuanian capital a major cultural center.

DAY 9 : KAUNAS – VILNIUS (105 km)

Cross Lithuania and visit Trakai Castle before arriving in Vilnius, where the historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
